The material we use for screw production is carbon steel c1022a, the wire needs to be drawn before use, and the hardness of the wire is reduced and the hard force is eliminated through the annealing process for later processing.

The cold heading is the first step in screw production of screw factory. For large quantity screw making, we use an advanced high-speed cold heading machine, which capacity is 240pcs/min. Different head types can be made with different models.

Thread rolling is the second step of screw production, also important during the screw production. Different thread type can be used for different materials, like metal to wood, metal to metal, wood to wood etc.

Drilling cutting machine is used for self drilling screw making to cut the drill point. As screw factories, we offer different screw drill to offer the best solution for our clients.

Heat treatment is to strengthen screws in order to avoid any broken during the screw drilling.

The final step of screw production is surface treatment, like zinc plated, phosphate, nickle, ruspert to make sure the screw is anti-corrosion and anti-rusting.
